A major addition and renovation to the University Hospital included a post-tensioned concrete Physician’s Office Building and Parking Garage linked to the main hospital via a new three story, cantilevered, pedestrian connector bridge. Also a new porte cochere, cafeteria, office suite provided a new entry identity for the hospital. Renovations included a new oncology department in the basement of the existing hospital. Another four story Physicians Office Building designed by the same joint venture team was added five years later.
