Construction Documents – the final preparation of drawings and specifications for construction.
Cost Estimating – the probable total project cost estimating throughout each design phase.
Construction Administration
Bidding – assist in bid process and analysis, and preparation and execution of Construction Contract.
Administration – construction observation, submittal reviews, approving pay applications, assembling and reviewing closeout documents.
Post Construction – record drawings and post construction evaluations.
