Family Life Center Addition

The architecture of this addition ties into the existing church with use of matching brick, gabled roofs and similarly scaled windows. The upper level contains a choir suite designed to repeat the design of the choir loft in the sanctuary. The lower level contains the FLC. The addition fits into the natural slope of the site to minimize its impact from the street so as not to compete with the sanctuary, but remains a visible addition emphasizing the growth of the church’s facilities. In 1995, AWAM also designed a stage in the gym in keeping with the original design.
