The program called for relocating the 4th & 5th grades from the elementary school and creating a 4th – 8th grade intermediate school. New additions onto the back side house the 7th & 8th grade classrooms, Science Labs, Band Room, additional lower grade classrooms, softball dressing facility and Concessions. A new Administration and Library addition on the front of the building modernized the outdated prototype design of the school. The Gymnasium seating was expanded and cafeteria renovated to handle the additional student population.
