The building is organized in a very simple and straightforward configuration with the central core, which is designed to accommodate the ultimate 750 pupil population, flanked on either side by exterior classrooms for 600 pupils, with future additions added to obtain the ultimate 750 student population. The building structure is steel frame supporting precast cementitious roof deck and rigid insulation with standing seam metal roofing.
