The first new residence hall built on the Knoxville campus in 40 years, this facility is designed for today’s college student. This new residence hall compliments the architecture of the campus with its traditional design and integrates state-of-the-art technology, sustainability and environmentally conscious living spaces. The building houses 700 persons within resident hall directors suites, 242 two-person standard suites and 44 four-person deluxe suites.
